I am exceptionally glad with the service we received and though you were recommended by the providers of the office phone system we have (PBS) we are surprised that they would not make a better point earlier in the process of having to talk to you as early as possible about a toll free number.
You were very specific about what we can expect, how we can go about selecting our phone number. The consultation that we received got in to specific techniques in marketing (for our company) etc.
We are very pleased with the technical facility you have (the program on your website) to select spelling (vanity) phone numbers. It gave us so many ideas that we went from not seeing any opportunities for what our number should spell to almost too many options.
